Level Three: Do-It-With-You Option ($147/month + $250 one-time fee)
The ultimate partnership with expert guidance and comprehensive planning to ease your load. 2x per month 1:1 check-in calls, medication review, review of any requested doctor's notes, labs, and other health related information to make sure you fully understand the care and recommendations of your aging loved one. We become part of the healthcare team.
We do collect a one-time fee of $250.00 for the first month to all the extra hours of time it will take to set up your plan and review your medications and medical history. This is a comprehensive program. Some of our clients are short-term and others have been on this program for months.
